  • Can I change or cancel my order?

Thank you for placing an order with us as your loyalty is appreciated. If you wish to change or cancel your recent order you will need to contact a Customer Care Associate as we begin to process orders immediately after they are placed. Based on the status of your order we will attempt to assist with your request.

  • Can I change my shipping address?

 Any requests to change shipping address sending an email or via Chat box as we begin to process orders immediately after they are placed. Contact us immediately and we will attempt to accommodate your request.

  • How do I  share comments and feedback?

Our goal is to provide every customer an amazing experience. If you have a comment, concern or complaint that you would like to share with us via email or in forum page.

  • Can I return sale items?

Yes, any items(s) purchased online (including Semi-Annual Sale & Clearance) may be exchanged or returned in Phantom website  for FREE or by mail (including gifts, lingerie, sale & clearance).

EXCLUSIONS:
Items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed. Price tags are not always included with an online purchase and are not required. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable

  • What size do you you offer?
